Shipping, returns & product questions
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $65 anywhere in Canada. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $14.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 business day and usually arrive in 2–6 business days, depending on your province.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of defective products within 30 days of delivery — contact us with photos and we'll make it right. Report a damaged package within 48 hours of delivery. Non-defective items, sale items and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged. Full details in our return policy.
How does Subscribe & save work?
Choose a delivery frequency on any product page and save on every order. You can skip, reschedule or cancel anytime from your account.
Which bully stick size should I choose?
Pick by your dog's weight first, then by how hard they chew. Our size guide has a full table.
Are bully sticks safe?
Yes, with supervision. Choose the right size, take the stick away when about 5 cm (2 in) is left, and count it toward your dog's daily calories.
Why are they odour-free?
Longer air-drying removes most of the moisture that causes the classic bully stick smell. Any natural beef chew keeps a faint smell once it is wet from chewing.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship within Canada. Choose your country at the bottom of the page to see what is available where you are.
