30-day free returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping is free: we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Because bully sticks are a food product, change-of-mind returns must be unopened bags in their original packaging. If a bag arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll take it back opened or not.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@puphe.ca with your order number. We'll reply with your free return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or wrong, so we can make it right with a refund or a replacement.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and free gifts (such as the free leash) can't be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. If it's approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@puphe.ca.
